What Forms Of Payment Are Accepted Online?

Are Credit Card Transactions Secure?
Yes. All credit card information sent to Pergola Home.com is SSL secured and encrypted for complete security. Once you begin your checkout process everything will go through our secure server.
What Is Your Return Policy?
Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt of your order for store credit or exchange only, with the exception of furniture, antiques, art, and one-of-a-kind items, which are not returnable. Store credits will be honored for one year from date of issue. Please contact the shop for approval BEFORE sending items back to us. Items must be returned in unused condition and with original packaging. Make sure that items are well-packed and insured for the full purchase amount. Pergola Home reserves the right to deny refund or exchange if the merchandise is not received in its original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment to Pergola Home, as well as shipping costs for exchanged items, are the responsibility of the customer. All custom orders, special orders or sale items are considered final and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

What If Something Is Broken Or Damaged?
Should you receive an item damaged it is important that you keep all of the original packaging and contact us immediately. We will ask you to take photos of the damaged packaging inside and out; this is required by UPS in order to file a claim in your behalf. Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of package arrival.
What Are Your Shipping Charges?
Shipping is calculated by weight and size. Some items can be shipped together, but some should not, and may need to be shipped separately. Items requiring special packaging may incur a surcharge. We collect sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses within Connecticut, at a rate of 6.35%.
What Is Your Shipping Schedule?
We will process and ship your order within 1 to 3 business days via UPS Ground. If you need it sooner, let us know. Please note: UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box address.
Does Pergola Home Provide Gift Wrapping?
We can gift wrap many items in our signature Kraft-paper-covered gift boxes with grosgrain ribbon and a natural flourish, with Pergola Home label, of course.
Can I Purchase A Gift Certificate?
You can purchase a gift certificate only by calling us at 860.868.4769. Gift certificates may only be redeemed in-store, not online.
What Is Your Privacy Policy?
We do not share any of your information...with anyone...ever. We value our customers and are committed to protecting your privacy. And we will not use it for any reason other than processing your order. We will not send additional emails unless it is pertaining to your order or if you have signed up for our (very occasional) mailing list.
